In celebration of National Cheese Pizza Day, which took place on September 5th, the Lewiston Public Library in Lewiston, Maine, highlighted a selection of children's books focused on pizza. Some of the titles displayed in the Children's Department included:

- "Pizza"
- "The Stinky Cheese Man and Other Fairly Stupid Tales"
- "Campfire Chef"
- "Pizza Too"
