**Road Closure Announcement for Old Webster Road in Lewiston**
The City of Lewiston, Maine, has announced a road closure on Old Webster Road to facilitate a six-week project aimed at repairing the culvert. The closure will be in effect from Crowley Road to 254 Old Webster Road.
During this construction period, access through the work zone will be restricted to ensure safety. The new culvert is being designed to support heavier trucks beyond the current limit of 4.5 tons, which is expected to improve durability and safety.
Residents are advised to use Webster Street for access to homes located on Old Webster Road.
The Public Works Team appreciates the community's patience and understanding as they work to enhance local infrastructure.
