Montello Street in Lewiston, Maine, will be closed to all traffic except local vehicles between East Avenue and Stanley Street starting on Monday, September 30, at 7 AM. The closure will remain in effect until the completion of the project.

Residents are advised to avoid the area and plan alternative routes to minimize disruptions. The change in the start date to September 30 was announced via the Official City of Lewiston's social media channels.

Updates on traffic conditions will be provided as the project progresses.
