**Auburn-Lewiston YMCA Announces Updated Friday Class Schedule for January 2025**

The Auburn-Lewiston YMCA in Lewiston, Maine, has announced its class rotation schedule for Fridays in January 2025. The fitness schedule features a mix of Group Blast and Group Active classes at 9 a.m., depending on the week:

- On the **first and third Fridays of the month**, the YMCA will host **Group Blast** at 9 a.m.

- On the **second and fourth Fridays**, **Group Active** will take place at 9 a.m., followed by a **30-minute Group Blast session**.

- If there is a **fifth Friday in the month**, the YMCA will offer **Group Active** at 9 a.m., followed by 30 minutes of **Group Blast**.

Additionally, starting in February, the **third Saturday of every month at 8 a.m.** will feature **Group Blast** instead of the previously scheduled Bootcamp class.
