**YMCA of Auburn-Lewiston Launches March 2025 Lifting Challenge**

The YMCA of Auburn-Lewiston in Maine is inviting fitness enthusiasts to participate in its "2 Fit 2 Quit" 4-week lifting challenge this March. Designed as a friendly competition, the event encourages participants to set personal records in four categories: bench press, deadlift, squat, and pull-up.
