**New Group Exercise Classes Begin Soon at Auburn-Lewiston YMCA**

AUBURN, MAINE – Starting February 28, 2025, the YMCA of Auburn-Lewiston will debut three new group exercise classes at 62 Turner Street. Each class offers a unique experience designed to promote health and wellness for participants at various skill and flexibility levels.

**Express Stretch Fridays**

This 30-minute class is designed for those who may feel inflexible or stiff. Held every Friday from 8:15 to 8:45 AM, the session will feature full-body stretches and breath awareness exercises to help increase mobility. The first class begins on February 28, 2025.

**Mindful Flow Yoga Saturdays**

Kicking off on March 1, 2025, this hour-long yoga session is a balanced class focusing on gentle stretches, mindful movement, core-building exercises, standing postures, and a period of deep relaxation. Sessions take place every Saturday from 9:15 to 10:15 AM.

**Yoga for Men Workshop**

A special one-time event, “Yoga for Men,” will be held on Sunday, March 9, 2025, from 10:30 to 11:45 AM. This workshop is tailored specifically for men, with a beginner-friendly approach, though all skill levels are welcome. Online registration is required via [alymca.org](https://bit.ly/41wIqtA).
